The 7700 Family, Mitsubishi’s original 16-bit
MCUs, has been developed along with the progression of function and speed of industrial
and consumer products. It is equipped with instruction queue buffer and data buffer for
high speed processing. Also, the CPU supports 16MB large capacity program space and data
memory space, enabling extensive data processing.
