The Semiconductor Group of Mitsubishi Electric
Corporation ranks among the top ten worldwide suppliers
of DRAMs, and features an extensive line of 3.3-volt and
5-volt DRAMs in 1-Mbit through 64-Mbit densities; x1
through x16 configurations; Synchronous, EDO, Quad-CAS,
Fast Page, Cached DRAM, and 3D-RAM types; as well as SIMM
and DIMM standard and custom modules.Mitsubishi
produces the industry’s smallest 64-Mbit DRAM die, using
excimer laser lithography, and introduced the industry’s
first SSTL 16-Mbit Synchronous DRAMs, operating at
143MHz.
Mitsubishi is also the only company to successfully
integrate the process technologies for DRAM and processor
logic in the same piece of silicon with its highly
acclaimed eRAM(TM)
technology.
